Spidey vs PREDATOR (Warrior)

Both at full strentgh. Fight takes place inside the dailey bugle but the electricity in the entire building has gone out. Spider-Man's spidey sense is turned up all the way and Predator's hunter lust is on maximum. NO MORALS!!!

Unless the Predator has massive prep, 
Spider-Man Beats his Lizard Butt and then goes all the way outside the box and disarms and captures him for study.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Peter Parker will kill anyone unlike the Predator that will do everything to obtain his skull

If the OP states no morals, that usually means heroes like Spider-Man are fighting "out of character" and will use his powers as viciously as possible.
