Generic city block #4,706. Unpopulated and street is littered with vehicles and other items for cover. Everything is on limits (rooftops, alleyways, sewers, buildings, streets, etc). Midday.

Random encounter.

In character.

Standard gear.

Standard elimination rules apply.

I don't know enough about Death Adder, but I believe Fly to be the weakest link here and I'd take both Norman (I'm assuming we're using Norman) and Otto over Jack.

Doubt that, Mad Jack and Norman would be a hell of a battle.

Death Adder had quite a solid match with Flash in the latest issue. Fly is a bit of a wildcard for me. His speed is impressive (according to Flash) and that projectile acid can certainly serve as an interesting variable.

@k4tzm4n I'll check out the new issue tomorrow and come back to this battle with a more educated opinion. One problem I have is that Flash has become very underwhelming in combat, in my opinion.

Just checked, Flash says "fast as hell" when Fly spews acid at him.

Green Goblin and Doc Ock are the big Sinister 3 forces, as Jack and Death Adder would be for Savage 3. Death Adder's claws are poisonous, and Jack has many similar toys to Green Goblin, although he is not as intelligent. Fly is fast, and has his acid and his wings are bulletproof, something not to be overlooked. I'd have to say Sinister 3 because Norman and Ock are more intelligent than anyone on the Savage team, and have more experience. I'd also say that since they gave Spidey a tough run, and Spidey currently has much better combat showings than Flash, I'd give them the edge. It's a weak argument I know, but that's just where my logic is leading me right now. I am open to a switch if my logic is off.

Also, it's not a weak argument. They're valid points. Personally, I think Jack's variety of weaponry will be an interesting factor.

After reading the latest Venom, I'll stay with my same opinion. I still think Fly is the weakest link, and Kraven and Adder would be tough, but Sergei should pull it off based on what I read in Venom. Adder had the upper hand for much the same reason Kraven did on Flash, a sneak attack with poison, and Sergei's healing factor should give him the edge. Sergei has also proved adept at tagging fast characters.

@BringnIt: True, Adder's performance really impressed me. It seemed as though Adder could take anything Flash dished out and was fast enough to have no real gripe with landing hits of his own. It's a shame Adder diverted his attention to the civilians because I would have preferred to see how it would have concluded if Flash had his full attention..

@k4tzm4n: Yea his creepy demon robot things are always a curve ball, especially since they seem to appear out of no where. And his short range fire spewing he's hit Flash with before.

As for Flash's dealings with the Savage Six, I think it's interesting he's having to fight at such a disadvantage. He's outnumbered, still new to and learning his superpowers, his family and friends are at risk, and the symbiote is sedated so he can't even use its full speed/strength. I'm personally really digging the story.

I haven't read the most recent issue of venom but couldn't flys spit melt dock ocks arms? Not saying the savage 3 win but not sure if fly is the weak link.

Doc's classic arms withstood hellfire, although I don't remember their composition at the time period. I don't see the acid effecting them easily.

Sinister Six would be a more apt comparison, I'd imagine.

Is hellfire the same kind of damage as acid though? Also Acid is more of a chemical burn not really a burn because of heat so I don't know if fire damage is really the same thing as acid damage.

It's not the same type of damage no, but even various acids have different effects. If you want to look at it from a real world perspective, according to this link ( http://www.webelements.com/titanium/ ) titanium is resistant to most organic acids, which presumably is what the Fly's acid falls under. In a comic I doubt the acid would burn through the tentacles rapidly enough to alter the course of the battle, if at all.
