Archangel should win here. Even if Spider-Woman uses her venom-blasts, Warren should easily dodge them and close the gap between them. Jessica will put up a good fight but she will lose soon or later.

Warren is the best aeriel fighter in MArvel. Trained as an original X-men, and received training from Hercules and Black Widom in combat.
I think Warren can be KO'd by venom blasts but he can fly faster, will probably evade her blast and has projectiles to incapacitate her. I think he takes a fair majority here.
