Ultimate Spider monkey would win IMO. He is way stronger than Spiderman(at least 6 times) and also much more durable.
Feats to back this claim up?
He overpowered Four Arms. Four Arms is at least 150 tonner. He lifted huge portion of building and overpowered Nemesis, who can toss train engines around casually.
As for durability, Ult Spidermonkey has taken hits from Four Arms and tanked the heat of re entry.
Unless, Peter is strong enough to hurt someone who can tank hits from a 150 tonner, or is durable enough to take hits from a 150 tonner, he'snot winning this. Peter is barely 20-25 tonner, IIRC. He's not winning here.

When I did this on another forum (can you guess which one) it was good, but not long after I left Ben 10 completely faded into obscurity there.
If new Ben 10 material comes out, then Ben 10 will have been one of the major or at least moderately significant subjects of debate on this site, but not much to debate about due to the lack of plot holes and inconsistencies in Ben 10 like other media i.e. certain anime.

ult spidermonkey vs spiderman would be a pretty good fight..... but i'll give the majority to spiderman...
by strength durability, ult spidermonkey would win... but spiderman is more agile... has way more reaction feats... and on top of that, spider sense.. and it's not like spiderman can't hurt ult spidermonkey at all...... so i'll give spiderman a 7/10 majority against ult. spidermonkey............ normal spidermonkey would get stomped though.
Spiderman has also fought people on four arms level and i think he has hurt them, not sure though. Ult. Spidermonkey is kinder slow, can't remember any good reaction timing or speed feats for him.
Spiderman beats spidermonkey due to experience, but simian would give him a better fight, he blitz all those DNaliens before they realised what hit them.
