Spidermen - Morals off (Fight dirty), Will not kill, Standard equipment, Max potential via comic feats and former abilites/skills.

Namor- Morals off, Cold blooded( Will do everything but kill), max potential.

Location- Times Square, Manhatthan, NY

So is that supposed to mean that their PIS feats are applicable?

It's Plot Induced Stupidity. Basically when the plot requires the hero to win against opponents that are almost impossible for them to beat. Some good examples for Spider-man are his fights against Firelord, a herald of Galactus, and one of his fights against the Hulk where he beat him by dropping a cement truck on him.

Plot Induced Stupidity. Basically, as far as the Battle Forum deals with it, it's when a character beats another character that he really shouldn't be able to.

The most Famous Example for Spider-Man is of him Speed-Blitzing and KOing Firelord.
