Awesome OP...

I'm going with team 2 - drunk Nightcrawler probably teleports himself somewhere stupid, or into bed. Luke cage would probably injure himself. That leaves spidy (whose enhanced bodily functions would probably fend off the alcohol at some point) vs. Omega Red and Deadpool (both have healing factors which would also stave off the alcohol) and the two together could easily bring down spidy in a bar. Team 1's only chance is that a drunk Rhino takes his entire team out by accident.

team 2 as there brutes, while 2/3 of team one relies heavily on timing and balance, and I Imagine it would be hard for nightcrawller to teleport effectievly which is highly unlikely, And Spidey has shown normal alcohol tolerance, which heavily effects his balance, cordination,and considerably slows his relfexes, the very things that let him defeat rhino he lacks.

And another advantage for team 2 is infact deadpool, who wiill recover relatively quickly from the alcohol.
