This is a Movie Cinema Marvel Comics Battle.
Both Spiderman & Nightcrawler  have full access to there powers and abilities in the Comics but only from there base forms. 
The Battle will take place in Manhattan, New York.

Yeah that is what I got once he explained it. Why even say it is the movie versions when we are using comic book version feats? "

@erik:  to make things a bit more interesting and besides the movie versions of spidey & nighty were cool and they actually look like how they do in the comics. "
