Hmm, while I think that comic versions Spidey wins just about every time...Movie versions Wolverine has better chance.

Rounds 1 & 2 Wolverine 7/10,

Round 3 Spider-Man 6/10.

Why the movie versions have a better chance? Movie Wolverine is much further away from his comic counterpart than Spider-Man is.
