They can win. Like someone said above Mysterio has been one of the few to figure out how to neutralize the Spider-Sense. The irony is with prep Peter knows how to negate Mysterio's toxins and illusions. I think the fight is fine as is, because Spidey will clearly not go down easily, but I think team can take it.

No no, I think it's still a good fight. Prep with Spidey's powers makes it kind of one-sided here.

I think an argument could be made for Spider-Man, I just feel that the team could potentially take a slight majority. Mysterio and Shocker are underrated as Spidey villains in my opinion. So is Jubilee as an X-Man. Admittedly, I had to look up Wasp and wikis aren't the most reliable source of information so I'm no expert on her.
