You have to start thinking outside what you normally see happen in the comics and take into account what they could actually do with their powers.

Superman moves at almost light speed, which is slightly slower than the Flash. Not only that, but Superman's strength dwarfes Peter's power to the point that it's not even funny. By the time Peter even blinks, he'll be dead because he'll never move fast enough, or last long enough to see Supes.

He wouldn't kill him. He'd flick, or maybe tap, his forehead and knock him unconscious. Or maybe let Spidey shoot his web and then move him into its way and let him web himself up. There are plenty of nonfatal ways that are more in his character.

1 hulk is not stronger then superman. I think supes can move a planet.
