The only edge he has is impact webbing. Which is not much of a help since the majority of the time, spidey will dodging it. It's not really wrong to assume that Pete could take the win. =] "

Seriously, I don't actually see any way for Ben to win in this fight. He's just Peter with a fraction of the experience.  
A thought just occurred to me, is this pre-The Other Spidey or post-Other? Because I'm pretty sure I remember him being immune to poisons after he gained his upgrade? I might be wrong, though, I haven't read those comics since they came out.

I think Peter may actually win unless Ben does something really clever and pulls a cheap shot at close range with the stingers while in H2H or something. Idk that is though

I don't think exp is relevant here. 
Ben has enough experience from his short career that even if it's not as much as Pete's, is still enough to face Pete in a way that it won't be important who is more experienced.

True but in my knowledge he has not picked up a tank, building, or train. He cannot push himself so hard as Pete, not to say that he cannot push himself because he certainty can. But anyway Ben may win because he has more options and will eventually pull something to gain the upper hand. It could still go either way. I am leaning towards Ben though. "
