I'm not an expert on Sebastian so i can't be sure how durableor fast can be, but since spidey is bloodlusted he won't hesitate to use all his speed and strength against him and he MIGHT win. But i'll leave it in someone who has the knowledge that are needed. =]
Spider-Man can't use his strength in this battle because it will only make Shaw stronger and he will lose. He must use his mind to win, like using his webs to immobilize him.
