Sabretooth alone can defeat this Spider-Man. This Spidey was an amateur. He did nothing impressive.

Gambit was pretty much featless, though. This is pretty much Creed vs Parker...Parker has Speed and Strength...Creed has Skill, Experience, and ruthlessness. Spider-Man did beat the Lizard...who is far stronger and faster than Creed. The thing that makes this a lose for Spidey is the "To the Death" condition.

I sadly disagree with some comments above due to spidey in amazing spider man movie actually having spider senses that he could not control. The subway scene alone gives this to spidey. Yes he is an amateur but just like in the subway he didn't want to fight but he reacted / fought/self defense due to his spider senses. Spiderman takes this only b/c his senses having credentials of taking control of spiderman which is enough for me.

edit: lets not forget ... although sabretooth doesnt have to dodge bullets.. parker dodged point blank bullets in the car robbing scene. He is fast.

@Shawnbaby: I don't know why Gambit is featless. Terrible terrible movie, that was. It reeks of fail. Sabs also has a great healing-factor, too. That would help him a lot. But yeah, Spidey is no murderer and this is a big disadvantage on his part. Don't forget, Spidey had help defeating the Lizard.

Studio pressure to put him in the movie even though there was really no part for him in it.
