Spiderman from the Amazing Spiderman movie series vs Reverse Flash from the CW show. Morals off for both and the fight is to the death or incapacitation. Battle takes place outside of S.T.A.R. Labs at midnight. Standard gear and no prep time. Who wins and why?

I want to say Spidey considering that anything from the CW Flash (Arrow's cool, though) isn't very impressive, compared with Spidey (who still isn't too impressive). So Spidey 6/10

I still haven't seen ASM2. Has Peter reacted to anything as fast as Zoom?

Apparently he has a reaction feat which some say even comic Spider-Man can't replicate. This.

All I see here is people thinking that the TV series is like the comics , let me tell you smth IT'S NOT. Barry allen has reached a max speed of 1.1 mach (he's still improving tho).

Flash surpasses the speed of sound in the tv series , but just barely... Spiderman was dodging LIGHTNING BOLTS for gods sake ,and that was from a powered up electro sucking all NY city's electricity.

A lightning bolt , a weak one is around 150-175 mach while a huge ass one can reach 6000 mach , electro had all NY electricity so i'm just gonna say it's pretty obvious he was not in the 150-175 mach rank.

To be honest I haven't seen the Flash series although I did see him in the Arrow crossover. If this reverse Flash isn't much more impressive than Barry then Spidey has a shot. ASM Spidey's reaction speed is insane.

The Reverse Flash since he used that tachyon device on his suit making him FTL.

Reverse flash hasnt got the showings to suggest he could tank hits from spiderman, he was around a 10 tonner in the film, reactions just as good if not better than barry and his durability means he won't really feel zooms punches

So far the flash speedsters seem weak compared to their comic versions. Spiderman had the necessary speed to react to them as of now I'll give it to Spiderman till reverse flash has more feats.

I'm going to say this since no one else brought it up, Spiderman dodges lightning is like Batman dodging a laser. Batman is not faster than light, he dodges the laser cause it's slower than light. Spiderman is not lightning speed. he dodges the bolts because theyre not as fast as real lightning because it's shot by a fictonal meta human not lightning which comes from the sky.

It's funny because Spider-Man has dodged lightning like that.

1. Flash easily surpasses the speed of sound.
2. Barry has already dodged lightning. Episode 7. He even saved Wells from lightning a foot or so from his face while running around saving other people. Professor Zoom's speed superiority was clear.
3. Just because he was connected to NYC's electricity doesn't mean he shot all of it's power at once. Lights were still on around them.
4. Spider-Man's webs also moved faster than that lightning, so there is no way that lightning exceeds the minimum of how fast lightning bolts go.

Barry has dodged lightning multiple times, and zoom is far superior.

Reverse Flash, wins against MOVIE spiderman. Normal Spidey wins maybe?

Hard to say considering Flash and Reverse Flash stop and move at normal speed every time they through a punch or kick...so yeah he moves fast...but fight dumb...

in the newest episode, flash dodged lightning, and crossed the lightspeed barrier to go back in time. as it was inevitable he'd do eventually.

Peter Dies , RF goes invicible (Phasing molecule's , i forgot which episod) He kills Spidey in attosecond .

I can't believe people are trying to claim Spiderman has lightning reflexes, the electric was clearly shown traveling while Peter was frozen.

Peter just prevented people from touching electrified metal. When Peter is shown moving everyone else is also shown moving and they sure as hell don't have lightning speed.
