If the fight were outside then i think Spidey would survive for as long as he wanted. he would keep out of reach but i cant see how he could put Omega Red down. As this fight is actually inside then Spidey loses
How can Spidey hurt em? In a weakened and armorless state he still took countless stabs from Wolverine and healed near instantaneously. In a contained area theres his death spores, not to mention life force absorption too.Omega Red ftw...
The spores are fatal to ordinary humans so since Spidey's immune system has no real enhancments, it could fatally injure him. Due to that fact, Omega Red wins.
