Spiderman vs Namor (READ OP)

Namor killed MJ and Aunt may. Spidey is bloodlusted and heading to kill Namor. Namor knowing this, Just got out of the water to battle him in Manhattan. 
 
Symbiote Spiderman (Has the unique abilities he displayed in Web of Shadows. Has "Other" powers as in addition to this)

Battlefield : Manhattan NY 
Win Conditions : Incapicitation, KO, Trapping, Death 
Spidey is bloodlusted but can still tactize in battle. Namor is dehydrated and is defending himself. 
 
Can Spidey win this?

i think spidey can do this espically with morales off

For the record, Namor beat Venom (and ripped out his tongue). And I'm pretty sure Namor was extremely weak at the time.

As much shit as I will get for this. Peter may beat Namor without a lot of trouble. Spidey is extremely powerful here. Web of Shadows powers give him a good edge, plus Other, plus normal Spidey powers, plus bloodlusted, plus normal symbiote strength, equals lots of trouble for even Namor to handle. Although this doesn't include the crappy idea in the game that spidey can only lift cars with the black suit does it? That was the only gameplay thing that really bothered me. He is stronger than that without the black suit. Anyway Peter could very well win here. It will still be a good fight though but I think due to the fact that he is able to rip a symbiote Logan with an adamantium skeleton without being bloodlusted or having "Other" powers (see what I did there?). Not to say this is a stomp. Just a much harder fight than Namor would expect. Great match.
