Spiderman vs Midnighter

This is a battle to decide who is the strongest street leveler. Each one will have a 1 day prep, both morals are off and blood lusted, standard equipments, standard elimination rules,Midnighter is not able to use the Door, this is current spidey with kung-fu training from Shang Chi and have his spidersense,

midnighter he was able to rip a dude's head with spinal column out his body that and his whole " see the outcome before first punch thrown" thing really helps and agility and speed also is augmented
