Spiderman vs Master Chief

Ok, I got a couple of different rounds, so please don't get on me for this being a dupe thread. All battles take place in Las Vegas

Round 1: Spiderman without web shooters vs Master Chief without weapons or armor

Round 2: Spiderman with web shooters vs Master Chief with armor. No weapons or Cortana.

Round 3: Spiderman with web shooters vs Master Chief with armor, his assault rifle, pistol and energy sword. No Cortina

Round 4: Spiderman with Web shooters vs Master Chief with armor, assault rifle, pistol, energy sword and Cortana.

Round 5: Same conditions as round 4, but both are bloodlusted

I never played Halo but I heard Master Chief has a shield right? That might be a problem.

Definitely not as one-sided as people say.
