This is basically Spiderman vs Batman versions of SM rogues. Who will win.
Basil Karlo's Clayface would solo barring some freeze capsules or something.
Clay Face is the biggest threat, but I think Spiderman could eventually take him down. Killer Croc goes down relatively easily, just a few good punches. Man Bat might be hard to get a hold of, but once Spidey gets him his out for the count. Catman and Joker are no physical threat. So, overall, Spiderman wins.

No, that was Preston Payne. Spidey could actually beat Payne. IIRC Payne couldn't function outside his suit and while inside it he was vulnerable to physical harm. Sondra Fuller KO'd him with some super-strong punches, Pete could do the same thing. And Spidey's durability might slow the killing touch's effects if it comes to that (he's much faster than Payne so it need not), Batman's armor delayed the effects and he was only burned a bit on his side.
Pete has beat the sinister six on several occasions. I think he would pull off a win here after he takes down clayface

spideys durability might not cover him up on Clay's killing touch, cuz IIRC his killing touch are more effective on organic type objects like spidermans skin. Batman got lucky there cuz he had an armor to protect his skin from the touch. But as you just said Peter's much faster than Prestons Clay Face, so Clay might not have a chance on executing his it.
Spider man Would loose against clayface but would beat the rest
Spiderman wins because of cryo pellets other than that he would need a plot device to beat Clayface.
Clayface is the only potential problem but cryo pellets should handle him easily enough. Killer Croc and Catman are nothing. Joker might be a problem with prep...but none is given. This is a mismatch to me.
Clayface is the biggest problem, then killer croc catman and then the evil joker to put up with?
Spiderman dies.

I think Spiderman would lose to all of them together.
Why don't you add Batman to the team to complete the spite?
If Spidey has prep he can win, random jumping and they might overwhelmed him.
Honestly even if they all jumped Spider-man at the same time and tried to pin him he could throw them off without any trouble. He's in a completely different physical league to the team.
The only problem is Clay-Face. If Spider-man has Cryo pellets then he wins. If he doesn't then he beats everyone down easily apart from Clay-face who eventually beats him.
If Spiderman plays it smart he can slowly take them out one by one. He's still too fast for them to handle.
I agree with most of this...except for the part about Clayface...Peter is smart enough to eventually find a way to beat Clayface even without Cryo-PelletsHonestly even if they all jumped Spider-man at the same time and tried to pin him he could throw them off without any trouble. Agreed.

Clayface is the only issue and Spider-Man actually has cryo-pellets as standard equipment these days. Shouldn't take long for him to put two and two together.
this, not to mention he has many different kinds of webbing as well. he explains it briefly to carlie in ASM 675.
