Just to comment on this, i've been a part of this site for just about 2 months, and matches like these come up, and someone always comes along and says "been done." Then mods link to the "old" posts, which most likely being locked so no one has the chance to give their opinion if they're at all new. So the whole "been done" is almost getting as old as these battles actually having been done.

What is old is that people fail to follow basic forum rules, or even read them up. Unless someone points that out, the thread could keep going.

nah,Spider-Man got a password to cancel Tony's override with that said,Spider-Man cant defeat Iron Man for several reasons that should be obvious to anyone that knows both characthers "

I don't think spider-man is as big of a pushover as you might think. I don't know if he could take the win here, but I know it wouldn't be that easy for Iron man

Spiderman would get angry and set up some clever trap involving alot of webbing, a tripline, a bus, alot of "disabled systems and 404 errors for tony, and some other suit like per say... the symbiote. Which is so allowed! if not then watch tony without his precious suit and get his ASS kicked!

Trust me. Iron man wins beyond easy. He wins in seconds, there is nothing spidey can do to even hurt him let alone give him a fight. =]

didn't tony find a way to send false spidey sense warnings to peter? i seem to recall that back during the civil war. either way there is really nothing spidey could do to tony to even annoy him.

its funny people logic here cap beats ironman but every1 denies spiderman could beat ironman lol i to think ironman can beat spiderman because is always written as a very green inexperienced hero... so cap being how he is an expert tactician can see him beating tony.. spiderman gots the tools to beat ironman but not enough experience

Iron man already created a counter for his spider sense, and as for super-strength Spiderman is outclassed there, and any other area for that matter except maybe agility.

Iron Man is Class 100, and, outside of his plot-induced wins against Firelord and Hulk, I don't recall Spider-Man ever taking on anyone this powerful. Tony has hundreds of ways of ending this "fight" in a matter of seconds.
