Spiderman vs Hulk

Now me and my friend have been arguing on who would win in a battle. Not to the death, just till somebody gives up or is K.O'd. I'm rooting for Hulk and he says Spider-man would win. So good ol' spidey vs The Hulk. Who wins?

Normally, this is a stalemate. Hulk can't tag Spidey and Spidey can't put down the Hulk.

If it comes down to endurance though, Hulk wins. Hulk can go on fighting pretty much indefinately whereas Spidey has his physical limits and will eventually run out of web cartridges.

As a Spider-man fan-boy......Hulk wins. Without prep Spidey ain't doing anything to Hulk at all. This is a miss-match btw @god_spawn

I want Spidey to win but it's hard to see how he could.

Spider-Man lifted the daily bugle which weighs over 100 tonnes. Hulk starts off at 70 tonnes. Spider-Man wins. Flawless logic...................

Hulk. Peter can't hurt him and hulk can tag him eventually. Hulk isn't as slow as most would think and his area of effect is huge. Without prep this is a mismatch.

Even with Prep,knowledge and any other power up Hulk stomps
