Actually this is quite an interesting one if it were a 1 Vs 1 encounter I'd side it to Spider but as a Team? I think I'd give it to Noble Squad. In the games it's made quite abundantly clear they're more than capable of handling themselves against super powered beings and hell it took an entire army to take down Noble Six. I think as a Team Noble Six could take it because they're actually pretty smart but solo's Spidey.

Yes but they dodge the aim of who's shooting at them Spidey can dodge stuff he can't see. Their guns are useless, except for a way for him to make them shoot each other.

He could dodge their shots all day blindfolded in the dark.

Sqaut they can do with no time to prepare, no basic knowledge and just assault rifles. As much as noble team went through, they've never faced anyone drastically faster and stronger than they are.

Althiugh if they had prep and a few more weapons the fight could swing the other way.

@chuckwolf: actually they as youth were dodging stuff with aim bots... And even though chief ain't here he's dodged stuff at point blank range they've even said this, plus spider sense doesn't always work....
