Peter should win the first round without a huge amount of trouble. Slade with PIS-prep could wreck, though.

Round 1 - Spider-Man (if he is morals off. Otherwise, Team 2 wins).

Round 2- Spider-Man

1. Is this current spider-man? If it is than his armour will make it hard for deadpool to be a big factor in this fight. If it is pre secret wars version than the team probably wins, all though not sure if deadpool and deathstroke would work well together. Their personalities are very conflicting.
2. Peter has much better resources as far as I know. Slade is an amazing tactician in the new 52 so I wouldn't be surprised if the team wins but Peter has more going for him.

Either one by themselves is a good debate. Together they win, if not completely stomp.

I'd personally give it to the team. Both of them can give an in-character Spider-Man a fight; together, they can overwhelm him. Doubly so in the prep round due to Slade's prepping genius. Three days isn't enough for Spider-Man to build any fancy gadgets.

If it's victory by KO or death, Spider-Man would lose. There's nothing he can put down a regenerator, and now there's two of them. He might have the upperhand at first, but the mercs will wear him down.

Only way he could win is by web incap.

With prep, I think Deathstroke has a good chance of winning. He's a master tactician and could easily exploit Spidey's weaknesses.

@cpt_facepuncher: Just in regards to the Nth metal scans, Slade isn't wearing that currently. So those scans would only be relevant in the prep round maybe.

Spider-man has knocked deadpool out on 2 occasions and as tough as deathstroke is I think Peter can punch him out eventually. Its really there skill and weapons that are the problem not there durability and regeneration.

Deathstroke may be the man with prep, but there are no real exploitable weaknesses for Peter. The only option is if he makes Pete sacrifice himself because he has Pete's family or a large gathering of innocent civilians. Not only this, but Pete isn't a slacker either, so Deathstroke has to counter Spider-Man AND whatever Spider-Man brings to the table as well.

@drago666: Oh okay. But he still wouldn't be able to kill them. Deadpool's supposed to be immortal.

Point taken though. And yeah, with Deathstroke it's mainly his skill that lets him dominate.
