Its kinda like comparing apples and oranges. Both can trashtalk but both have different ways of going about it. Spider-man uses more intelligent/subtle insults where as Deadpool literally out-right spews them. Both are effective and it doesn't really show who would win. If YoMamaGeddon is real then i'll go with Deadpool but i'm going to say stalemate until we see it in action.
Both of them were the same on the same level in the past but Spidey was more of a trend setter and better with his material. You should have seen the stuff they had spiderman say in the ninties, Deadpool ripped him off back then because Spidey was the the primire insult comic of superheroes before they basically decided to make Deadpool the new voice of social relevance jokes wise. Overall Spiderman, but Deadpool nowadays is wittier because they held Spidermans humor aspect back and increased Wade Wilsons humor aspect forward.
