deadpool would initially fight, find it to be an incredibly difficult battle, so he would retreat/wait/watch and then join the fight when his odds are advantageous

Deadpool would pull some Sneaky stuff, probably pretend he's knocked out while Spidey and DD fight each other, then try gunning them down from a distance. Spidey would win.

Have you ever read a Deadpool comic? He'd be the first one into the fray. He couldn't pretend to be KO'd, it would mean keeping his mouth shut.

I think Pete could pull off a win. DD is easy pickings. DP on the other hand is a bit more of an issue. Peter's faster than DP so he could web him up, and tear his head off or tear him apart. I think DP could win though.

Why does everyone hate DD.He has chances of winning too.........getting into the pimpol,I would say DP would definitly win this one. He regenerate entire limbs,plus,he's got amazing fighting skills...who can beat something like that ? I know spidey cant. how can you beat someone you cant "hurt",(if you know what i mean)

DD is cool, but I like the other too much more. I might like DD more if they cast him differently in the movie. I know it doesn't have much to do with the book but it does make an impression when you see a character you like be portrayed by an ass clown.

Spidey can and he will. Unless Deadpool can regenerate his whole body or his head. He's dead.

I don't think that DD could keep up long with Spidey or Deadpool and would get taken out. Spidey and Deadpool would be a good match up. Spidey has him physically beat but with his weapons and skills I think Deadpool has his advantages. I still see Spidey being too quick for him and taking him out but not easily.
