Peter(ASM) before he got bit by the Spider vs Rogers before he went into military and became Captain America.I'd give it to Rogers, he seemed like he could take a hit.
@BloodsunX:Rogers pre-SSS could take a hit but he sure could not dish one out. Movie Parker might hit him and accidently cause Rogers' heart to give out from a strike to the gut.
