In the battle of civil war cap had spiderman TOTALLY cotrolled until spiderman used his new costume, so i think that spiderman with normal costume would be knoked out.
Honestly, the only way I see Cap winning against a serious Spider-Man is if he tricks Spider-Man into doing dumb Sh^t while fighting like letting his guard down but with the Spider sense that would honestly be impossible. Spider-Man takes this handily
Peter uses insane agility to get close to Cap, although Steve would probably want to close the range anyway, and wraps his arms and legs around him. Steve is nowhere near strong enough to get out of the hold so Peter just humiliates him to death. Otherwise, Peter can simply walk right up, slap any punches away with extreme ease and choke him out with one hand, not at full strength, while tanking Caps final punches before losing consciousness.
In comics, it's a good fight where Cap is doing the impossible while Pete keeps talking to himself and joking with Cap. At the end, neither is a clear victor after settling their differences or figuring out it was some sort of miscommunication.
I really don't understand how Cap can beat Spiderman....he isn't super strong, yes he is agile, but not Spiderman agile. Surely once Spidey has webbed him up, its game over?

hey I have just come back from seeing Winter Soldier...I didn't know much about cap America before but he really does put up a good showing in that film, with some serious martial arts type skills and takes a lot of punishment too, such that I believe he could give Spiderman a good scrap. That said I've also seen AMS2 and Spidey is in another league in terms of strength and his machine gun bullet dodging routine is really rather impressive. But both have excellent durability showings. So I am still backing Spiderman but its no stomp, I now understand how Cap can hang with guys much more powerful than him.
Nobody os ever sure but i would go with cap on this one the reason is when he first met the avengers he not only proved he could hold his own but, he proved that he was able to put up a heck of a fight. Now i know that cap is not worthless without his sheild, even though thats not what most say. Spideys spidersense is not much better than cap battle precognition. All in all i believe it will be even but eventually cap will come on top
As the biggest Spider fan out here I'm actually going to go with Captain America on this one (well if Marvel are writing it anyway). The reason I'm going to say that is because Cap has always been a soldier and I'd expect him to be very weary of the type of traps Spider-Man are likely to use against him and be adept enough to know how to use them to his own advantage.
