Assuming this is Wildstorm Midnighter he takes down Spider-man alone in a good fight (unless he has access to doors? in which case its not a good fight for Spidey lol). Batman is a non-factor here. Midnighter will probably BFR Bat's before the fight begins to stop him getting in his way!

I agree Midnighter is normally overrated however he would beat Spider-man in a good fight. Due to Spider-mans morals and the fact Midnighter is basically his equal in every aspect apart from he has a healing factor that allows him to heal a broken neck in seconds and he has no morals. Batman is a non-factor here though there's nothing he can bring to the table.

If Spider-man were bloodlusted and Midnighter didn't have doors you could definitely make a case for Spider-man.

i didnt know midnighter was spidermans physical equal. i though he was like half or a quarter of spideys overall strength. but thats what i get for not reading the authority.

@Hyperlight: I said almost his equal. Physical strength is where Spider-man has him beat. Midnighter is probably about a 5-6tonner. However he makes up for this in skill and that little battle computer of his not to mention Spider-man holds back when he fights.

Midnighter kicks Bats through a Door at the start of this battle, and probably BFR's him somewhere over the Pacific Ocean. He then proceeds to demolish Spider-Man with a combination of Doors and incredible physicals and a 'fck physics I'm Midnighter' attitude.

I don't know exactly either that was just a guess. Considering Midnighter has hurt people far above his strength range (although the use of pressure points was involved) I would say he was a multi-tonner just not in the double figures area. For example when he took down Maul he must have had the strength to get past his physiology which was pretty good if I recall (again pressure points were involved but you still need the strength to get past the opponents durability). So 5-6tons seems fair.
