Spiderman vs Batman

I didn't see this battle when I went to look it up .. if repeat sorry.

Who wins? They battle in an empty new york times square, win is by K.O. Both think the other person is evil. Neither get prep.

Use picture version of each character.

Spiderman...Batman can have all his gadgets and combat skills, but end of the day Spiderman has equal intelligence, he as a teenager forged weapons and gadgets to take on superior foes, to compensate for loss of powers, and take into the equation he's physically superior to Batman by a lengthy margin?

If it came to round two, Batman may be better prepared but then the same could be applied to Spidey. Both think with their intelligence, which is roughly equal, but then take in Spidey's physical attributes and you have a winner:

@azizsikdar: I don't know, I think Bats is definitely more intelligent than Spidey. I'd still give the win to Spidey, mainly because of his powers, but I think Batman is both more intelligent and psychically strong. Though, I don't know if I could really say that considering we're apparently talking about the Adam West Batman here...

very few characters can beat adam west batman. He'll just get out anti-plot spray.He's is one of the most powerful characters of all time
