I'll be honest I don't know what Archangel is capable of so I can't say anything about Round 1.
Round 2 i'm going to go out on a limb and say Spider-man can take it due to magnetic webbing (Archangel is made of metal or something right?) and cryo-pellets.
actually back in the day Spiderman beat Archangel. Current versions Spiderman gets killed, especially by a bloodlusted Warren, but again a long time ago when they were at different power levels Spidey beat him.

You are mistaken buddy, this is Archangel, AKA Angel, AKA Warren Worthington. He is a Marvel character.
Archangel. Realistically, how long could Spider-Man dodge a barrage of razor-sharp steel blades raining from the sky at a height he can't reach?
For as long as he wants. The projectiles are nowhere near fast enough to connect with him and that is not how Archangel fights, in or out of character.
Spidey. If I remember right this was done with Archangel vs Flash Thompson Venom before, and Venom came out the victor. If Flash with his lack of experience with superpowers can do it Peter should have no trouble. Archangel simply can't hit him. This is of course assuming we use standard version Archangel. I give this to Spidey; he's faster, stronger, smarter, better improvisation, spider-sense, and can likely take a hit much better than Archangel. Archangel's only real advantage is flight, but various Spider-Man villains have had flight over the years with ranged abilities (Green Goblin for a fast easy example) and has overcome them.
