Spiderman(spectaculer spiderman 2009) vs yellowjacket(emh)

This takes place on the helicarrer,no prep time and no outside inference who do you think would win

Probably Spiderman because Yellowjacket is insane

While that might be true, Yellow Jacket made the Avengers look like fools. He evaded all of them and dodged Thor's lightning.

Spidey dodged Electro's lightning, MULTIPLE blasts at a time.

Yellowjacket did have time to prepare for the Avengers and he was able to learn about their about them for being their teammates for months.

While that may be true, He still had the reaction time and skill to avoid them.

I'm aware of that, I wasn't trying to compare. I still say Yellow Jacket has a very good shot here.
