• Spiderman is bloodlusted
• Everyone is in-character, although they know Spiderman is willing to kill
• Fight is 50 meters away in unpopulated NYC

Gets atomized by current Cyclops.

Staredown makes the ending so obvious.

Clears. Last round Damian gets one-shotted then DS goes down after a decent fight.

Spidey clears. If he was able to take on all of the X Man team and it takes Xavier to stop him via mindwipe I don't think anyone on this list will give Parker too much trouble.

Stops at Cyclops Pre or Post AvX. Pre has hit faster people than Peter (their fight in Secret Wars doesn't factor for several reasons) and Post destroys him with ridiculously powerful beams he has now.

Morals off.... I feel bad for everyone who faces that Spider-Man.

1) Batman & Batwoman (clears easily, wears a bat symbol on a chain around his neck as 'bling' going forward)

2) Bane w/venom & Red Hood (clears easily. Does the Hancock and puts one of their heads up the other's behind)

3) Captain America, Winter Soldier, & X-23 (first real challenge... clears with minimal difficulty; lots of guns, blades and Cap's shield make a Spider break a sweat. Something might touch him but he's in no real danger here)

4) Cyclops (clears easily... Cyclops gets one-shotted. Rants for years afterwards about how the beating he took counts as a hate crime against mutants)

5) Green Arrow, Hawkeye, & Arsenal (clears with moderate difficulty. One of the archers may get lucky. But it wont keep them from all getting dropped. I see incapacitation playing a bigger role in this one)

6) Batwing & Batman Beyond (clears with moderate difficulty)

7) Ravager & Cassandra Cain (clears with difficulty)

8) Deathstroke & Damian Wayne (clears with difficulty. Damien tweets an apology to his followers for being so ineffective in this battle)

Jason oneshots

They can be powerful....but he has very little control over them anymore.

@night4345: Spider-man has also fairly consistently been able to dodge Cyclops' beams, even while completely exhausted and still in pain from a previous battle. A bloodlusted, fresh Spidey shouldn't have a big issue with Cyclops.

Unless the opponents are bloodlusted too Parker clears. If they are too then Cyclops takes off his visor and BOOM but he's the only one who could concretely win.

@dmnd: if he's willing to kill that means he's bloodlusted. he clears.

@night4345: Not quite true. Spider's been able to avoid Cyclops concussion beams even while having his back turned against them and post A Vs X he got completely owned by Superior Spider-Man.

I think his most difficult challanges here are 1 and 6.

He might stop at the last round.

Spiderman clears this with ease.

Round 6 seems the tougher to me.

Anyone on that list except Damian should be able to take out Spidey....

Current Cyclops doesn't need to take off his visor to beat Spider-Man. His optic blasts currently have a substantially increased amount of range and power due to his powers getting messed up with interaction with the Phoenix Force, even when Scott is holding back. Like so:

wasn't he possesed by Malice and/or holding back unlike Spock? I may be wrong since I read it some time ago.

Anyway current Cyclops is more powerful(able to one-shot large groups of sentinels), but his powers act randomly, he may suddendly loose controll during the fight giving Peter time to react(it's just too difficult to tell if he can keep his blasts under controll).
