It's not that simple, agility, reflexes spider sense, spidey is gonna be pretty hard to hit, and if spidey manages to cover his eyes with webs that gives him time( at least 25 secs) to go crazy on Hulk's green ass, he can punch with the force of about 20 tons don't forget.

Rouge you are forgetting Hulks HF, 25 secs is not going to matter unless spider man can calm hulk down and I'm pretty sure Parker is fresh out of Betty

@RogueShadow: Stabbing Hulk with a lamp post wouldn't kill him. Hell hulk will take anything spider-man can dish out and not be harmed.
