also you talk like if spider.man doesn't know how to use prep? with the lab made by otto and his brain he can not only make a suit/gadget to counter her tp, but he could also deal with the rest of the powers they have. Magik turned Bobby human again and she can unleash demons to attack them. Who is immune to the transmode virus amongst them? Even Nova Prime couldn't counter the virus
Illyana just used a spell of protection, energy manipulation and magical constructs ( giant hydra that absorbed a fleet of sentinels) vs Sentinels that adapt to attacks. The magic she was using overcame their ability to evolve and take damage.
Magic can harm bobby as seen with Mephisto Nomrally Iceman does well against regular fire, but not against hell fire.

Strange says she does have it. She also used those powers when she teleported the uncanny team and allowed them to function inside a frozen time bubble while everyone else was frozen.

Between Magik's resources (a hell dimension she can shape to her will, time travel, her own craftiness) and Scott's strategic mind, you might as well be facing Kang w/ prep.

ultimately making him human
he made also made a bulletprof suit to face massacre when uable to dodge bullet and magnetic web that can nulify the radio signal he meant to use to low the hostages, also , he mad acid webbing for Sandman, cryocapsules for Hydroman, and that's just top of my head
It's there in the scans, she turns him human, get's his life forces and she burns him w/ hell fire for giggles.

Beating the Rulk and reforming are irrelevant in this battle. I know physical and conventional energy attacks won't put Bobby down. That's why I said TP and magical attacks are the way to go....

She can't use her time manip powers all the time in every story. Just like Flash doesn't speed steal everyone in every story arc. She also used her time travel powers to get a look at future X-men and see if they were telling the truth. She actually brought an opposing x-team from the future to face them. She went to the future to see Shadow kings weakness and she offered to go into past to help this old mutant. Storm just stopped her doing it.

You can see the faint outline of her porting discs with a smokey effect swirling around. (that artist draws her porting disc like that. No one else on that team has the powerset to accomplish this. She can freeze people in place like what she did to wolfsbane. ( I don't know if she is stopping time or its a spell similar to what Zatanna does, either way it's effective.

She does use her powers to spy on opponents.
She can't use all her powers all the time. It wouldn't make for a fun comic. A lot of powerful versatile heroes don't use every single power they have in every story line. It doesn't stop people from using those feats on this forums. Flash doesn't IMP every issue, Thor hasn't used all of Mjolnir's powers in ages. Silver Surfer doesn't open black holes in peoples brains every issue either.

Impressive, however taking down the sinister six w/ prep is not equal to taking out the elder gods w/ prep. Magik can also depower people w/o prep needed. She can also manipulate matter. She remakes the whole of X-mansion with a thought.
I can also argue that she can simply transmute Spidey's costume into thin air and make him fight naked w/o all those gadgets or turn them into frogs like when she threatened to do that to the cuckoo sisters

Emma is a lot more ruthless then Bobby. The chances of Bobby trying that stunt again is much lower then Emma mind raping him from the start. I will concede that at worst it boils down who ever gets the first shot in, but I think that person is usually Emma.
