On-topic I know nothing of a generic anime Golduck.

I don't recall a variety of feats for Golduck in the anime, but the only hope Golduck has against is Venom is using screech (which could potentially take off the symbiote). They'll get lucky if they can land a confusion and attempt to land a hit or two. Otherwise, Golduck gets stomped.

Venom could just straight blitz him. Not much Golduck could do against that..

Golduck has fairly high telekenesis and can create an aura that desperateness attacks that comes in contact with it and ofcourse hyperbeam.

This depends if Golduck is fast enough to react to either of the two, Spider-Man himself has blitzed superhumans. The distance they start apart is a big factor as well.

Ill have to get speed feats but depending on how fast he can summon his disable aura would give him immunity to attacks for the most part and then he could just attack.

Yae this was his debut episode. Wish they would have had him join the gang throughout the rest of the season.
