Fantastic Four win only because of Sue Storm. She can trap and contain both Spidey and Toxin, and I don't think anyone has ever been able to create tech to get past it. Not saying Peter couldn't, he's quite brilliant, but in 24 hours I think the likelihood is incredibly low. Hate to say it, but the Fantastic Four win.
I'm going with Spider-Man and Toxin. Sue can still be hurt, even with her force fields, it just takes a lot. Even spider-man himself has put up a good fight before going down with FF. Spider-Man, knowing FF, should be able to come up with something in 24 hours considering he made an upgraded armor suit when he took on the enforcers with less time than that. Toxin with Spider-Man should be enough to beat the FF.
