Spiderman (peter parker) and Iron Fist vs Scarlet Spider (Kaine) and Midnighter

Ignore the fact that the pictures are out of order, Rules for this battle go as followed

• pre-52 and new-52 feats allowed for midnighter
• standard gear, armour, gadgets and weapons
• morals off
• no doors for midnighter
• random encounter
• no prior knowledge on each other, except what is already known
• no allies or external resources
• no BFR
• Battle is won by Death, Incapacitation, K.O. or Surrender

Eaton centre, Toronto, rules regarding location go as followed

• The teams begin at opposite sides of the mall
• No bystanders
• All elevators, escalators, fountains and other systems working
• Day time 1:00 pm
• Fully interactive environment

Morals off... Hm. I'm going to say team 1, then. It's an interesting one, though.

Eh, I can't go against Midnighter. Although Team 1 going all out is a formidable combo, certainly.

Either on team 2 can smack around IF then they double team Spiderman.

For me, Kaine would go down faster here than Midnighter would be able to take down Spider-Man or Iron Fist. Danny's skill, coupled with his speed and striking power, would allow him to one-shot Kaine, especially since Kaine is known to tank damage a lot. Spider-Man I've often argued beats Kaine, and utilizing his far better gear he should be able to take Kaine down here without having to physically beat him. How Midnighter would fare one-on-one (sans Doors) against Peter and Danny here I'm not quite certain, but the lack of morals provided by the OP boosts them more than it does him--I'm relatively certain both become interesting battles and that either can fend him off here long enough until Kaine is dropped. After that, I think the teamwork of the two should be sufficient to take Midnighter down.

Guys, Kaine was able to go 1 vs 3 against Spider-man, Ben Reilly and Spider-cide at the same time so I think handling Spider-man for him is easy, Kaine is much ferocious, stronger (30 tons), probably faster, has ACID coming out of his fingers and has 2 BONE STINGERS, can also see in the dark and communicates with spiders.

@jaxbad: I think those are his pre-spider island feats he lost most of his power after that and became the new scarlet spider, also I think peter can beat him since he trained with shang-chi to learn the way of the spider (his own human-spider fighting style).
