Spidey and Cap for round 1
 
Bats and Stroke round 2

Round 1 ... Spidey and Cap Round 2 ... Deathstroke and Batman  In the first round Spidey and Cap should be able to pull a win - without PIS, Batman won't be able to compete with someone as powerful as Spider-Man and even Captain America could be too much for him, although that would be a good fight as always. Spider-Man and Captain America can knock out Deathstroke.  In the second round they're fighting in Batman's hometown and he has his 2 days to bring a special suit into the fight - for example the Insider-suit which would give him a huge advantage for a short period of time, but it could be enough to be more effective then in round 1. Deathstroke could use the time to set traps, bring in even more weapons and so on. Although it would still be a very good fight, since Spider-Man wouldn't enter unprepared the fight. He also has various Spider-suits, since he is working in the high-tech-labors.
