spiderman 2099 vs Venom

if Spiderman 2009 and modern-day Venom fought, who would win?

I think Spiderman 2009 would win because he has all of the spiderman powers, plus quite a few more, including claws which is similar to venom's.

I looked at the old argument, and I still say, from looking over Venom's profile and seeing stuff with him in it, and looking over Spiderman 2099's stuff and seeing stuff with him in it, that Spiderman 2099 would win. if Spiderman could beat Venom, than Spiderman 2099, with more powers plus the normal ones, would have no problem at all.
