no spiderman 2099 is a really bad ass character, he had real web and venom before peter even thought about having them.

as useful as those are i think you would agree that its not the same as spider sense. Anyway, i would say that spidy 2099 would win most of the time. Being as how he is more of a physical threat and a genius. However, if he doesn't end the fight soon the healing factor of deadpool would play a part and that could spell trouble.

He doesn't have the black symbiote, but he has the black suit which is good enough for me. And 99 would beat Deadpool.

Not on his best day. He was pretty strong, but I don't really think that there's enough to prove his strength is close Peter's. Peter is always holding back so his strength is rarely show to its highest degree.

i Don't know who to choose

First of all, it's "fourth" not "forth", and second, he does not use that to fight. If anything he'd have uncommon knowledge of Spider-Man or the area, but he does not traverse panels to kill people. His writers and editors maybe, but not other characters.
