While I agree it does look imbalanced. Apart from Ms Marvel and Iron Man, Peter has been able to hold his own and win against most the others without any extra equipment. He managed to shut down Iron Man's armor during civil war so with Bruce's intelligence why couldn't he do it again but a lot more permanently? Even taking out PIS this is still pretty close imo.

@Strider92: I haven't read civil war, I had no knowledge of such a feat. But nonetheless, even with Bruce's intelligence and Parker's abilities, I still think Avenger's should win this. I do agree that this amalgam character will be able to incapacitate some/most of the team, but one versus eight is TOUGH.

@ArturoCalaKayVee: Just went and checked it wasn't Iron mans armor he shut down it was his own Iron suit that Stark designed for him. Stark tried to overide Spider-mans suit and Peter overided the overide.

Got confused :p

I'm am only bumping this to say that this is the most awesome Amalgam picture I have ever seen!

Realistically Spider-Man should be able to take on everyone on this list (except for maybe ms marvel) on his own. He has immobilized (thus defeated) Iron Man before. The issue with Iron Man (and Bruce Wayne) is they are both characters who could probably defeat time itself if given enough prep time. I am sure that if this fight happened with prep time Iron Man would be the last one standing on the Avengers side but Peter Wayne would still win.

@MetalSonic: Not to mention Bruce with Spider-man's abilities probably be the most unstoppable hand to hand fighter in existence lol. Batman with 25tons of strength, superhuman speed, agility and pre-incognition? That is not a nice thought.

Ms. Marvel is the only one who stands much of a chance.

Unless the Avengers come at him as a team, Spiderbat wins this one, 1 on 1 they pose no threat to him.

Spider Bat is the ultimate super hero.

Assuming he attacks them one at a time, which he should given that he has Bats tactical ability, Spider Bat stomps.

Spiderbat will do more than come at them one at a time, he'll use his unparalleled tactical intellect, agility, a spider sense to turn them all against each other, using the weak against the strong to create an unwilling team for himself, utilizing the strengths and weaknesses of everyone around him. He wins -- I might go so far as to say easily. With mild PIS on his side, someone like Deathstroke could give this team a run for their money... Spiderbat will be vastly superior to Slade.

Talk about the dream team.

Bat-Spider absolutely curbstomps everyone except Ms. Marvel, beats her 7/10 in a good fight or curbstomps her too with PIS.

Morals off fight is just unfair for the team.

Using Spidey's body along with his arsenal of super powers I can see him easily defeating every one on the Avengers except for Ms Marvel.
