@pcbh168: Well, judging from the "Gamora vs Karate Kid" thread, the vast majority of people said that Gamora beats Karate Kid in a decent fight. And, judging from the way Gamora was able to pummel Thanos, my answer is yes.
@Nefarious: But it would be just a fight with Karate Kid because he has no powers and pummeling Thanos is impressive but what If Spider Woman used her venom blast on Gamora would she be able to withstand the attack?
