Sandman and Electro solo.

Ultimate Sandman and non jobbing Ultimate Electro could together as well.

The biggest factors is Sandman, Ultimate Sandman, Electro, Ultimate Electro, Ultimate Gobline, and Ultimate Doc Ock. That team alone is just overkill much less the extra fodder added on.
