Spider-men : Maxed out Potential, Current 14 yr old Miles. 24 hr prep. Standard equipment and 1 extra capsule of webbing for Miles only.

Batman : Bruce with standard equipment and 24 hr prep.

Robin (Damian) : Standard equipment and 24 hr prep. Willing to kill.

Location : Golden Gate Bridge, San Franciso, CA

Victory by KO/ Retreat/ Submission/ or death

With the bat family limited to standard equipment only, the spiders win pretty easily.

Either Spider-Man can solo.

Bat-Man solo's both with a well timed well placed judo chop. Bat-Man can take the Beyonder with about 3 minutes prep. A couple of Spider-Men he would just wing on the fly. You don't think Bat-Man has a can of Spider repellent in his utility belt . Bat-Man has thought of everything (TWICE). Bat-Man has mastered every form of martial arts, and even a few martial arts that have no form at all. He was able to take out a lot of Doomsday clones with a batarang.
