-In this battle, Wonder Woman is only allowed to move at up to Mach 4.
-In addition to his regular powers, Spider-Man has his powers from "The Other" storyline.
-Spider-Man is wearing the Venom, Carnage, Anti-Venom, and Toxin symbiotes simultaneously, with full control over them.
-Spider-Man is clad in the "Iron Spidey" armor that Tony Stark built for him.
-Spider-Man has Captain America's shield and an adamantium sword with him.
-Spider-Man possesses 25% of the Uni-Power.
-No BFR allowed. Fight is to the death.
-Fight takes place in Central Park, at night.
Scenario 1: Random encounter, no prep.
Scenario 2: Spidey gets full intel on Wonder Woman and 1 week of prep.
