They have 10 Months of Prep and the battle is in Asguard.

Galactus should be able to solo. Even with all these items and prep I don't think Peter is close to being in his league. He has destroyed galaxies.

No it's just that the adamantium skeleton will poison Spider-man, killing him. Wolverine's healing factor keeps him alive and is actually slowed down a lot due to the poisoning.

Giving Galactus, Dr Doom, Thanos, Darkseid, Loki & Ultron 10 months prep means they own whoever there facing let alone Spider-man
