-Thors Hammer Mighnior(I know it's spelled wrong)

-Silver Surfers Board

-Nova's Helmet

-Captain Marvel's Nega Bands

-Doctor Strange's Cape

-Batman's Utility Belt

-Wolverines Claw's Adimantium Skeleton Included

Deadpool's Katanas and Machine Guns and Mines

And he has 15 Months of Prep to Learn How to Use them by the Those People's Propertys

He is Aganst

-Darkseid

-Thanos

-Doctor Doom

-Venom(Eddie Brock)

-Loki

-Ultron

-Baron Mordo

-Galactus

They have 10 Months of Prep and the battle is in Asguard.

Galactus should be able to solo. Even with all these items and prep I don't think Peter is close to being in his league. He has destroyed galaxies.

No it's just that the adamantium skeleton will poison Spider-man, killing him. Wolverine's healing factor keeps him alive and is actually slowed down a lot due to the poisoning.

Giving Galactus, Dr Doom, Thanos, Darkseid, Loki & Ultron 10 months prep means they own whoever there facing let alone Spider-man
