i really like songbird.

Think Spidey may have the edge here being in NYC.
But if she could catch him in one her constructs it may all be over.

I love Songbird but I think Spidey would win, didn't he take on her and all of the Thunderbolts and put a up a pretty good fight against all of them?

Spidey.

He's agile enough to evade most her attacks and he could probably web her up once he's in the position. NYC plays a big part in that as he has more mobility and can run up buildings and the like. Anyway as Enzeru said she wouldn't be strong enough to break it and if he could blind her she would be a sitting duck. He should be good here.

As it's been stated before, Spider-Man's agility will prove to be too great for Songbird.

i don't know. i don't think it would be an easy fight. but songbird can shield herself from spidey's attacks. and spidey can dodge most of hers. her best bet would be that subharmonic thing she has where she can influence people.

And yet people seem to have forgotten that Songbird beat Spidey in the early days of the T-Bolts by materialising aawall in front of him.

Interesting. I was also initially thinking Spiderman. Do you have a scan of her beating him?

@impurestcheese: That's impressive, but more recently in Avengers/Invaders Spider-man was taking on her and the rest of the Thunderbolts at the same time and doing fairly well, and over in New Ways to Die he was able to dodge every one of her attacks until his powers started to cut out because of Anti-Venom.

I'd say Spider-man takes it for a solid 7/10.

@vegandiet: True but to be fair Songbird's powers was nerfed a fair bit after #110 of T-Bolts. Mostly to make Bullseye, Venom and Moonstone look good for the upcoming Dark Reign

@impurestcheese: Were they? I don't recall her power's receiving any sort of downgrade in that issue.

And both of the issues I referenced took place before Dark Reign.

@vegandiet: Hence the 'upcoming'. And they took away her super strength (2 tons lifting) and narrowed what she could create i.e. walls, wings, energy spheres when before it was anything she wanted.

Thanks :-). I always liked Songbird. Part of me thinks that at a range she would likely take majority.

@thunderbolt30: Probably. People said above that Spiderman is underrated but in actual fact I think that Songbird is.
