I could see Spidey using his prep time wisely enough to take her down. As long as it's KO to win. I don't think he could kill her outright.

Isn't she vulnerable to gas, like her cousin? With prep and his intellect, I don't think it would even be that hard for him to come up with something that would at least knock her out.
