Spider-Man vs. Rockslide

Morals apply for both opponents.     
No prep-time.  
Both have gained some info on each other.
Peter has his Spider-Sense.
Elimination by Knockout or Incapacitation.
Both start 30 feet apart.

I love both of these characters.  
 
This fight goes to Spider-Man, hands down.   Rockslide, is strong, someone invulnerable, and trained... However, he's only 16.  His mutant power manifested about 2 or 3 years ago (in comic book time, when he was about 13.)  He went to Xavier's institute AFTER his powers manifasted.  So, he's only had his power for a few years, and has been trained for only a few years...
 
Strength wise, Rockslide isn't much stronger (assuming he is) than spider man.  I don't think he's been shown lifting anything larger than cars.  I expect his strength is probably in the class 20 range (able to lift 20 tons.)   Spider-man's strength is around class 15.
 
Spider-Man's speed, agility, and spider-sense give him the edge.  His sense of danger is precognizant.  His reaction time is 16 times faster than the average human. (that may have been changed)   Rockslide will simply not be able to hit Spider-Man.  Not even once.   And while Rockslide is NOT hitting Spider-Man,  Spider-man will be pounding Rockslide until Rockslide shatters... 
 
Spider man has webs.  His webs are extremely strong.  Luke Cage couldn't rip spidey's webs off, and Luke is much stronger than Rockslide.
 
Now, I LIKE Rockslide, he's one of my favorite X-Men and I would HATE to see this fight actually happen.  But it would be Spider-Man all the way.
 
Spider-Man has:
 
- Beaten Fire-Lord (a herald of Galactus) unconscious.  This was a one on one fight.  Fire-lord chased Spidey through the city until he tricked Spidey into coming in close... They were on flat open ground with nothing around them for Spidey to hide behind or swing through... Spidey leapt at him and fought him hand to hand until Fire Lord collapsed.
 
- Beaten Juggernaut.  Now, I don't mean he beat him unconcious, but he's taken him on, one on one, and won...  He used his webbing to blind Juggernaut.  Shot an I-Beam at him with a web sling.  Things like that...
 
- Spidey stood toe to toe with The Hulk.   The FREAKING Hulk.....  And he lived to tell the tale.
 
No disrespect to Rockslide, but he's not in Spider-Man's class.  Not yet anyways, but give him time.   He's going to become much more powerful....

@Nefarious: I think Spider-Man wins. Sure Rockslide can just rebuild damaged parts but SM is smart enough to just bury Rockslide under debris for an incapacitation win.
